Stock samples are free without customization. Shipping via your courier account or you pay freight.

We use multi-stage inspections, machine checks, calibration, and support custom QC or factory visits.

Full process: R&D, design, manufacturing, QC, decoration, accessories, logistics, and after-sales support.

4. What surface treatments available?

Screen printing, hot stamping, frosting, electroplating, labeling. Colors customizable by PANTONE.

5. What is order process?

Design, quote, confirm, sample, contract, 50% deposit, production, inspection, balance, shipment documents.

6. What about defective bottles?

1:1 replacement or refund. Spare parts provided. Claims within 5 days after receipt.

7. What is delivery time?

Stock items: 2-4 days. Custom orders: 20-35 days depending on requirements.

8. What payment methods accepted?

PayPal, L/C, Alibaba, T/T, and Western Union are all accepted.

9. What is minimum order?

No MOQ for stock. Custom orders require 2,000 pieces minimum.
